Netnod comments on the IANA Functions.

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has published a Request for Comments on the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Functions, seeking public comment to enhance the performance of the IANA functions in the development and award of a new IANA functions contract.
