Steinar work as strategic competence and research manager at Tampnet AS in Stavanger Norway. He is also employed at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim and Simula MET in Oslo working with research in optical communication and sensing. He holds a Ph.D. in telecommunication and has more than 25 year of experience from various companies and R&D related positions in telecommunication.
