Netnod joins ITAC

Netnod has been invited to join ITAC, the The Internet Technical Advisory Committee to the OECD.

Netnod is proud to announce that Ms. Nurani Nimpuno and Kurt Erik Lindqvist have been invited to join the the Internet Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) to the OECD.

ITAC brings together the counsel and technical expertise of technically focused organisations, in a decentralised networked approach to policy formulation for the Internet economy. The main purpose of the ITAC is to contribute constructively to the OECD’s development of Internet-related policies.

"We are honoured to join ITAC", says Netnod CEO Kurtis Lindvist. "We join a formidable group of highly reputable Internet organisations with great technical knowledge and experience." Organisations on the Advisory Committee are among others, ISOC, the IETF, IAB, IEEE, ICANN and the NRO.
