Elisa is a Telematic Engineer, who graduated from the University of Montevideo. She's been part of LACNIC's staff since 2012 and currently works as an R&D analyst, carrying out data science tasks with a focus on Internet measurements and regional connectivity, among others. Elisa is co-chair of the Internet Measurements Working Group created by LACNIC and LACNOG and is a member of the FTL programme committee at LACNIC.
