Terms and Conditions – Netnod Meeting/Netnod Tech Meeting 

1. Registration and Fees

• The event is free of charge for up to 3 attendees per company.
• For any additional attendees, there will be a fee of SEK 1500 per person.
• A no-show fee of SEK 925 will be charged for registered attendees who fail to attend or cancel less than 72 hours prior to the event.

2. Payment Information

• Payment for additional attendees or no-show fees will be processed by card or invoice. We’ll contact you with further details if applicable.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your registration information will only be stored for event management purposes. If you do not want your name displayed on our website, please check the box during registration or emailjohanna@netnod.se
• Attendee details (name, AS, and company) will be published on the event page (please mark in registration form if you don't want your name in the list) as well as being shared with a third party for printing name tags.

4. Photography and Recordings

• Presentations and Q&A will be recorded and shared on the Netnod website and YouTube.
• There will be a photographer at the event. If you do not wish to appear in event photos, we’ll provide stickers to mark your name tag.

5. Accessibility and Guests

• If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact johanna@netnod.se so we can make the necessary arrangements.
• Guests and children are not permitted unless they are registered attendees.
