Netnod comments on the NIS-2 directive
Netnod has submitted comments on the NIS-2 directive, a proposal from the European Commission (EC) on a directive with measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the European Union.
In these comments, we reiterate Netnod’s earlier comments on the NIS directive. Netnod’s comments relate to, among other things, how the proposal covers providers of DNS services. We also emphasise that as the Internet is a global network, it requires a single globally unique name space.
Netnod’s comments with a summary and links to feedback from other organisations are available on the EC website here.
